French Salmon en Papillote.

Salmon en Papillote

- 1 kg salmon fillet
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut a large piece of parchment paper and fold it in half. Cut the salmon fillet in half and place it on one side of the parchment paper.
3. Arrange the lemon and fennel slices on top of the salmon.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and crimp the edges to seal it.
6. Place the salmon en papillote on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and carefully open the parchment paper.
8. Serve the salmon en papillote with fresh parsley on top.

This French-inspired salmon en papillote is perfect for a ketogenic dinner or supper. The salmon is cooked to perfection in the parchment paper, and the lemon and fennel add a delicious flavor to the dish. Enjoy!
