I'm pleased to share a recipe for Indian pink tea, also known as Kashmiri chai or noon chai.

**Estimated preparation time:** 45 minutes
**Kitchen tools needed:**
- Saucepan
- Strainer
- Whisk
- Tea kettle

**Ingredients:**
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups milk
- 4 green cardamom pods
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves
- A few drops of pink food coloring
- Sugar, to taste

**Instructions:**

1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the cardamom pods, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
3. Add the milk to the spiced water and bring it to a gentle boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add the black tea leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
5. Strain the tea to remove the tea leaves and whole spices.
6. Stir in a few drops of pink food coloring to give the tea its signature color.
7. Sweeten the tea with sugar to your liking.
8. Serve hot and enjoy the comforting and aromatic flavors of Indian pink tea.

I hope you enjoy making and savoring this unique and delicious Indian pink tea!
