Low-Carb Asian Pork Bowl.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 1 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 medium carrot, spiralized
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground pork until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.
2. In the same pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and green onions to the pan and stir to combine.
4. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
5. Add spiralized zucchini and carrot to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
6. Add the cooked ground pork to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.
7. Add chopped cilantro and chili garlic sauce (if using) and stir to combine.
8. Serve the Asian pork mixture in bowls and enjoy!
