Here's another simple yet delicious recipe for four adults:

Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
- Fresh parsley to garnish

1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
3. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
6. Turn off the heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice and capers (if using).
7. Spoon the lemon butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets, and garnish with fresh parsley.

You can serve this dish with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
