Great! Here is a delicious and nutritious vegetarian recipe that uses chickpeas.

Chickpea and Avocado Salad Wrap

Estimated preparation time: 20 minutes
Kitchen tools needed:
- Large mixing bowl
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Fork
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Grill Pan or Skillet

Ingredients:
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, red onion, red pepper, and coriander.

2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper.

3. Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss until evenly coated.

4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, warm up the tortillas for 10-15 seconds on each side until lightly charred.

5. Divide the chickpea mixture evenly on each tortilla and roll each tortilla up tightly.

6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
