Keto Tomato Salad.

Ketogenic Tomato Salad Recipe (Gluten-free)

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on a plate.

2. Add the sliced red onion on top of the tomatoes.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

4. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and onions.

5. Sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on top of the salad.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Ketogenic Tomato Salad!

Note: You can also add some crumbled feta cheese or sliced avocado for extra flavor and healthy fats.
